I've lost 90 pounds now and trust me it's hard to stay the diet course during the holidays. I am going to Louisiana to see our daughter in Cajun country. She and son in law are uber par cooks. I will be wined and dined with gumbo, mufaletta, etouffee, courtbouillon, boudin, po boys, beignets, plus all the northern goodies daughter learned to make at home--baklava, almond cookies, stained glass window cookies etc. It will be a diet blitzkrieg.
